Study Participants Requirements:

Each person whom signs up in the studies are required to adhere to the study guidelines. Unless otherwise given permission outside software and hardware combinations may NOT be used along side of the study at any time without direct permission.

This could alter our studies and due to contaminated study would have to close entire study and may create immediate dismissal from study. One must bare in mind that most people do not like things done within a study to them they do not have direct knowledge of) with all fairness this is a respect and policy rule strictly uphold and take seriously.

We conduct our experiments and studies with up most respect for each item, animal, or individual as we would want to be treated. We do each with respect, honesty, gentleness, and with a genuine caring attitude making you feel right at home.

You are require to become a member of a yahoo study group and follow session outlines and instructions. No previous knowledge required but helpful. You must have a computer with at least our free software installed. If you do not have the software the software will be supplied.

Computer skills required: You must be able to copy and paste, browse files anything else can be taught.

Our studies we do not do this to you, rather with you as a group. You will be required to run your own sessions and play your own audio's/frequencies as outlined in the study. You will be required for your own time required to set up the sessions. We leave you in charge of yourself. At the same time you learn from a group experience. You will find group studies are much more powerful because you have a individual and combined energy movement.

The reason we supply the materials and parameters is because we have put the materials together and know which works together well. It has been designed to work with what is specified with only the study at hand.

We take each study seriously and require weekly feedback to advance to the next week. Again we require participation and feedback. These studies help us to set new standards with these programs as well as set best practices. In doing so we only want the truth. We are truth seekers experimenting as we seek new uses for this technology breaking new barriers from old constraints. This technology does go where later day equipment could not. Advancement always brings new ideas and concepts as we explore with our journeys into exciting new ways of handling old situations.

Since everything in our world is made of energy and frequency modern day science and medical abstracts prove this. It has also been realized that using frequency and energy are the most natural and less intrusive way to make adjustments.

We supply the session wording and/or session data file for SITTER, images, frequencies, sample audio mp3/wav and more. These may not be given away, shared, or sold in anyway, they are for your personal study use only (you may included family members in your sessions). We give different degree of study reading material depending on the study at hand. Each study is different and new things are used. Most of our studies are free, in some rare cases some things are offered for sale during the study and materials may be offered for sale at a later date if the study results are successfully conclusive.

Previously we stated you are required to hand in feedback each week. This is the hugest part of the study. This is the only way we can tell if the study has merit or if it needs quick adjustment. We can only tell this by what you tell us. We hand out needed materials and files each week as needed. If you are found to not be meeting the study requirements you may be asked to catch up before you move forward. This simply is good for both parties we like to keep everyone together but at the same time each person is unique :) The only way we can judge this is to find likenesses.

This new policy is in light of the first time occurrence after all of these years in one of our studies we had to close down and restart at the beginning. We must protect the integrity of these studies as many people have put lots of hours into these all participants alike. One person can spoil it for everyone and all our work goes down the drain. If you do not understand something please ask a question one of us will speak up. Most of our studies have a powerhouse of advanced users. We want the studies to be a fun, exciting, and safe place to learn.

In studies we work as a team. The reason we do not want outside things are simple. First of all we do not have that developer permission and do not want them upset with us. Second we do not know how it will react unless pre study testing is done. Third it is not fair to impose something into it for yourself when you are also sending to the whole group as they can be cross over no matter how innocent the occurrence. Please read beginning of manuals regarding group consciousness, working on people while under the influence, etc

Last but not least. We do not want anyone to think we are pointing fingers at anyone at all. We do not want people to think this is a control issue it is to protect each study participants rights and safety. We are sorry you have had to listen to this as most of it is common sense but we are required to be responsible to make sure it never happens again.

Refund Policy: We do not offer a refund policy for many reasons To list a few, Our software use to sell for $839.00 it is now sold at greatly reduced prices. We sell our software without a code or unlock key, unlike other competors and we sell ours at lower prices. We cannot prove that you will take it off of your computer once you download it or install it. Most stores refuse to offer a refund on software sales, only a replacement of the purchased software. We cannot prove that you have not made a cop of it on CD to reinstall at a later date. We felt having a prgram without a code was worth more when a computer crashed to re upload at any time nessicary then a refund policy. We are happy all of our customers have felt the same way
